FAQs
NON-REFUNDABLE
This ticket is non-refundable. If you need to cancel, a class credit in the full amount of the ticket will be issued without an expiration date.
All DAY PASSES are non-refundable and only a store credit will be issued in the case of cancellation.
REFUNDABLE
This ticket is eligible for a full refund if cancelled up to 7 days before the class. For refund requests within 7 days of the class, only 50% of the ticket will be refunded.
DAY PASSES
All Day passes are non-refundable and only store credit will be given for a cancellation. Store credits can be used toward other classes or apparel.
Yes, all riders are required to provide their own bike, helmet, goggles, riding boots and any other protective equipment.
All ages and skill levels are welcome! Our only qualification is that riders must be independent on the bikes meaning they can start the bike by themselves and pick it up if they crash.
Parents and family are welcome!
No, We recommend riders/families come prepared with all of their meals and plenty of water.
It is strongly recommended that a parent or guardian stays with their child during the full camp experience.
If that’s absolutely not possible, your child may still attend — but you must send them with a fully completed and signed Minor Release Waiver.

This form must be brought to camp. Do not email it. No exceptions will be made without the completed form.
Yes — all riders must sign a waiver before participating in camp.
Yes, riders will be responsible for booking their own accommodations. You may dry camp at the track for $20 per night. There are also 20 RV hookup sites available for $40 per night. First come, first serve, make arrangements with Meadow Valley MX directly for all camping needs.
Here is a list of basic parts we recommend keeping on hand: Tubes, levers, air filters (1 per day), gas, a spare set of bars, and a set of grips.
We recommend riders have 5 gallons of gas per day for camp.
