Shipping and Exchanges Policy

Shipping Policy

Apparel Orders are processed and shipped within 8-10 business days from the order date. Please note that this timeframe may fluctuate based on stock availability and demand. We select the most cost-effective shipping method at the time of shipment, determined by current market rates. Each package includes up to $50 of insurance for added protection.

Once the package is handed over to the shipping company, they assume responsibility for any lost or damaged packages. If an issue arises, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company to resolve the matter.

Exchanges Policy
We aim to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and fairly:

  1. Replacement Requests

    • We will replace items if they are incorrect, misprinted, or damaged during shipping. Simply reach out to us with details of the issue.
  1. Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or item, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs associated with it. Once we receive the item in its original "new" condition, we will notify you. You can then place a new order for the desired item or size.
