Giveaway Terms & Conditions
**Eligibility**
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
**How to Enter**
To enter the giveaway, individuals must subscribe to the Moto Academy 2.0 app during the giveaway period. Subscribing to the app automatically qualifies as 1,000 entries.
The Moto Academy will run entry accelerators on specified dates, where bonus entries will be applied to apparel purchased within the store; ex: $80 = 80 entries, but with a 2x accelerator $80 = 160 entries, 3x accelerator $80 = 240 entries. The below dates are as follows
April 27th - May 1st: 2x Entries
May 13th - 16th: 2x Entries
June 6th - June 11th: 3x Entries
**Any tier of subscription to the app will count towards a valid entry**
**Giveaway Period**
The giveaway begins on April 13th and ends on June 13th. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on June 13th to be eligible.
**Winner Selection**
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted on June 14th at 6:00 PM EST. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
**Prize**
The prize is Aj Catanzaro's 2-Stroke Straight Rhythm Bike. The prize has an approximate retail value of $15,000. The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
**Winner Notification**
The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
**Tax Liability**
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. A prize valued at $600 or more is subject to taxation and the winner must provide all necessary information for tax reporting purposes.
**Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity**
Prior to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. Failure to sign and return the required documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
**General Conditions**
By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these official rules.
