Moto Academy Reps

Your Foundation
  • Post 2 organic posts per month featuring your riding/training, tagging @themotoacademy
  • Repost The Moto Academy content twice per month
  • Participate in brand campaigns when requested
  • Use The Moto Academy branded hashtags
  • Attend a minimum of 2 TMA events per year
  • Stay active in The Moto Academy App, engaging positively with other riders
  • Represent the TMA ethos at all times — positive, safe, and community-centered

Consistency, reliability, and alignment here determine the pace you move forward. Show up, do the work, represent the brand well — and the next tier opens.

Moto Academy Creators

Part of Our Content Engine
  • Create 2–4 posts per month (Reels or TikToks strongly preferred)
  • Post stories and lives during TMA classes and camps
  • Create UGC clips for The Moto Academy use
  • Share reviews or testimonials about your TMA training experience
  • Attend a minimum of 3 TMA events per year
  • Remain active in the app and participate in monthly initiatives and challenges

Your consistency and professionalism here determine if you move into the Athlete tier. Momentum matters.

Moto Academy Athletes

A Visible Representative
  • Create 4 high-quality posts per month tagging @themotoacademy
  • Post at least one story per week tagging @themotoacademy
  • Film content at local tracks and build relationships that benefit the brand
  • Create POV riding content with a TMA handlebar pad visible
  • Deliver monthly content assets (tutorial clips, YouTube shoutouts, challenge promotions)
  • Attend a minimum of 5 TMA events per year
  • Stay active in the app and encourage community participation

How you ride, how you post, and how you interact with others matters. This tier is where brand trust is built.

No, commission starts at Tier 2 (10%) and increases at Tier 3 (15%). Tier 1 Reps receive discount codes to share, gear discounts, and the opportunity to move up into commission-earning tiers.

Hit $3,000 in generated sales through your affiliate link, or be selected by TMA for your contributions to the community. Any ambassador can also purchase a custom-painted helmet at cost.
